Description
In this workshop you learn a variety of easy and fun mixed media techniques. We are using templates and a gelli plate to create mono prints. The same templates can be used with spray ink, which gives a different effect. In the second half of the workshop, we make use of cut out texts and phrases to add text to the background pages, so called ‘found poetry.’ You receive tips how to look for texts that will give meaning to your art journal page. Adding marks and doodling with various pens brings all the elements on your page together. You will create at least one (but probably more) fully-fledged art journal page.
Materials & supplies (provided)
- Acrylic paint
- Gelli-plate
- Dylusions spray ink
- Various templates
