This workshop combines art history with scrapping/art journaling.

If you love art journaling and are eager to learn some art history along the way, this is the workshop for you! In 12 lessons you will be introduced to 12 different art periods in time. Each lesson concentrates on a specific art period, handling the characteristics and showing the artists and highlights. Every lesson comes with multiple prompts – inspired by the specific period/art – from which you can choose which one suites you best.
You will learn about Ancient art, Renaissance, Impressionism, Cubism and others.
There’s no need to buy special supplies for this workshop: you’ll use what you have from your stash and work however you like best. It can be an art journal (book, paper), 12 x 12 paper or digital. Small or big – everything is possible!
Here’s your chance to increase your basic knowledge of art history and create unique pages or lay outs inspired by all kinds of artists from different periods.
“A Creative Art Journey” includes:
- 12 lessons with assignments in pdf format – available in English and Dutch.
- Each lesson will focus on a different period, handling the history and basic characteristics of the art – and you will be challenged with several prompts per lesson from which you can choose.
